BLACKPINK officially joined the big label in the United States, Interscope Records. On October 23, YG Entertainment announced, “BLACKPINK recently signed a contract with Interscope, a label under Universal Music, one of the largest record companies in the world. Through the relationship between YG and Interscope, we will make BLACKPINK a star throughout the world. “

Interscope Records is currently home to a number of names of major world artists such as Lady Gaga, Eminem, Maroon 5, Kendrick Lamar, U2, Madonna, The Black Eyed Peas, Lana Del Rey, Dr. Dre, Selena Gomez, Imagine Dragons, Ellie Goulding, Rae Sremmurd, and others.
